The ETL Ridgelocking machine is designed to mechanically lock tubes and baffle together in a muffler assembly. Machine consists of a 2 hydraulic cylinders, one hydraulic cylinder is designed into the RLK head and the other is designed into the components feed table.
Machine operation is started by loading the individual components into the location nest (tooling) that is mounted on component feed table. The start buttons are depressed; the component feed table moves forward into the ridgelock tooling assembly. The RLK Head then cycles and moves the ridgelock segments that will mechanically lock baffle and tubes. The RLK head then returns, the component feed table returns, the mechanically locked component is then unloaded.
